1. Our policy
PeakCut respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Users may only process and publish videos they own or are authorized to use (see our Terms of Service). We respond to notices of alleged infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and [EU DSA / OTHER APPLICABLE NOTICE-AND-ACTION REGIMES].
2. Submitting a takedown notice
Send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. URLs);
- your contact information (address, telephone number and email);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-notices
